Map View Troubles

I seem to be having some weird issue where Fiddler and just this morning (as I freshly downloaded it) Region Editor are not displaying my custom map. It shows the generic Tram and Fel OSI maps instead of our custom one. It seems odd to me since since CED displays it just fine for editing, and the map is perfect when logged into the server IG. I have set the file paths into the same folder I use for CED if thats relevant. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what files I need to edit/delete/move? Any help would be rewarded in karma and smiley emotes. Thanks!

Incidentally this occurs with Fiddler 4.5d and g..
