Map Copying

Heya Turley,

The map feature for copying rocks.. but is it possible to copy from a selected region? And then put in a seperate X1 and Y1 for where to paste?
Like say I copy 589 446 1447 1325 from one map and want to put it at 600 2000 and then it would do addition/subtraction to shift the new pos?
If not, how would I go about making a plug-in for uofiddler?

Currently only with exporting the area to wsc format and editing the configfile
