There isn't a script that controls the creation of a new package; but there is a configuration that identifies a package.
the package itself is configured in a pkg.cfg, and should look like this.
Enabled 1 //set to 0 to turn this off, or ignore in ecompile.
Name blacksmithy //generally the name of the package or folder
Maintainer Distro Team
Email distro@polserver.com
Version 1.0
Aside from turning the package on and off, and being a requirement for any sort of consolidation of scripts and systems, the pkg.cfg does little. The contents of the package, however, hold the actual .src files which are the source for programs, functions, and folders for includes.
Stamina loss is located in the moveloss.cfg, located in the config file of POL.
