Building a Heighten Class

I need alittle advice on how to max a class like this..
Maximum strength: 155
Maximum intelligence: 75
Maximum dexterity: 120
Maximum combined stats (statcap): 300
Stats required to join: Str: 80, Dex: 55, Int: 10
Skill required to join: Tactics 65%
Any of these skills are required as well: Swordsmanship 65%, Mace fighting: 65%, Fencing 65%
At primary (100%):
Anatomy, Parry, Swordsmanship, Macefighting, Fencing, Tactics
At secondary (85%):
Tracking, Armslore, Discordance, Magic Resistance
At tertiary (65%):
Animallore, Itemid, Detect hidden, Healing, Forensics, Veterinary
At penalty (40%):
Wrestling, Taste Identification

So that once all of these skills at each % is maxed he can go back to the Guildmaster he joined class in and Then choose to Heighten gaining him an additional +10 in skills to train on three skills of his choice as long as he has them in the preceding skills above. any information or detailed scripts I need to alter would be extremely helpful since I and a beginning scripter.
