A new Core build is available 2017-12-21

A new build for Windows is on the Downloads page. I am waiting on Boberski's auto build for the latest CentOS build.

There were some improvements in the method handling and I believe Turley also fixed a minor bug but that didn't make it in the core-changes.txt.
