my stable binaries [+]

Post by andenixa »

I want to contribute my stable POL099 binaries.

- Based on the latest beta core release (rev. 180) that is proven to be VERY STABLE.
- Back-porting the majority of SVN fixes: MySQL/XML/Numerous memory leaks are fixed
- Some additional functionality added by me (see core-backport.txt)
- added some third party fixes from fellow forum members that never made it to SVN.
- Advanced unicode support including Gumps and MySQL (make sure to set a proper locale in Control Panel)
- POST request and additional headers support for integrated web server

* Target audience is shard admins willing to transition to 99
* Some essential scripts are not included (use ones from the official binaries)
* MySQL module supports ONLY tables in utf-8 encoding
* HSA stuff and custom housing is missing, sorry.
* libmysql.dll is included (needed for MySQL communication)
* vcomp90.dll is a windows library enabling openmp support under MSVS (required for mulithreaded compilation) and isn't some kind of trojan.
* Suggestions are welcome as the usual

This is UNOFFICIAL release. Use at your own discretion! Most of the changes are made by the POL team and not by me (see credits in core-backport.txt).

hi,
I'm using latest PO99 and Distro , but there is no unicode GUMP support, so I'm looking for the solution. In the post he said :

- Advanced unicode support including Gumps

I think it's a good reference!

Now I can only use Clioc to show unicode character, but it's not a easy way, each time I update some thing, everyone need update clioc file.

Just a reminder: that is not the official POL source, it's an unsupported fork.

Yes I know that, currently I'm using official POL99 and distro. I'm looking for a solution to show Unicode in gump , like BroadcastUC(), PrintTextAboveUC(), PrintTextAbovePrivateUC(), SendSysMessageUC().
