AoS build issue (that bank inside cove)

Hi Folks, on the picture below taken from UOFiddler we can see a construction inside cove, i think this build was added in Age of Shadows expansion.
We currently are using UO:ML with 0x28 on 'UOFeatureEnable' and 'ML' on account expansion, but, no player actually can see this construction inside the game and the worst, seems like uoconvert recognize this build and no one can walk through the region because server deny (the player would be walking through the walls).

So, anyone knows how to fix this issue? Perhaps making players see it or doing uoconvert not pass this build to the server statics file.

Try this:

If it's in Felucca:
uoconvert map realm=britannia mapid=0 usedif=0 width=7168 height=4096

If it's in Trammel:
uoconvert map realm=britannia_alt mapid=1 usedif=0 width=7168 height=4096

Check also if in you client you have some mapdif*.mul files, they actually are a sort of "live patch" to the world.
