character logon error?

Hey guys, its me again. luckily for you im not here to pick at my script problems this time

im having an error when a friend tries to logon to my server.

she can connect, gets past verifying account, selects the shard, and selects the character. as soon as the character gets selected and she begins to logon to the world, she crashes and i get the error message:

the ip and port is correct, as well as encryption settings and she has tried logging onto various accounts. she is also using the exact same client (7.0.15.1) that we have always logged in with, and has been able to logon previously.

the revision of POL im using (and have been for quite some time) is 525.

however my coowner has been able to logon (as well as me) with no problems on any account.

any idea as to what is happening? ive searched the boards and found nothing at all.

I have never seen the server report a client crash before, nice.

I've never used that recent version of UO before. But almost all crashes on character creation I've encountered have been due to people patching UO too far.

apologies everyone, it seems that this error was caused due to a bad install/corrupt files/etc

bottom line it was the clients install of Ultima Online for future reference if anyone gets this error.
