Line of Sight changes from POL095.

When we moved to POL096, many tiles which previously blocked line of sight, became a see-through tiles.
Such as low elevation fences and borders. Could it be fixed via uoconvert.cfg options?

I believe this is done in the tiles.cfg that UOConvert created. It should be in the pol/config path if UOConvert copied it properly.
