I have not been paying much attention to issues related to the Kingdom Reborn client. What I want to know is can it be used with POL? Is it possible to use custom maps with it? Are the pre-KR art files and gumpart files able to be used with it? I logged in for a few minutes on a Russian shard (Abyss) with the KR client (not sure which emu was being used) so I know there is some way to make it work with an emu. Are there tools available for importing stuff to the KR files?

Yeah, I know I am late on the KR scene.

I tryed to make it work already.. but theres just one big problem.. gumps.
KR Gumps are not supported by POL... yet. so I could logon, walk around and so... but no gumps were displayed.

Can you please explain, how you can login and walk around?

If you have no custom map or multis you can just login with KR on Pol 98.
If you have custom multis the client gets disconnected on sight of a
custom multi. If you have a custom map you can connect, but you may
stand on a position of the original britannia KR map. Maybe you can
walk. But if the map is not converted to KR it's not really funny.
But even if it's converted, you can't play, just ran around. Pol needs
more support on that. So atm it's simple not playable
