if your just having levels based on xp thats not a problem... how ever if you want to have a skill based on xp thats alittle different... youd have to change lots of things, as for your sword look at what unequipt script its using and wether it is designed to remove the mod from the weapon special k...

look in file starteqp.inc in <pol dir>/scripts/include in that file is where it defines the different bits and pieces as to vanq and stuff... then the item id is alittle tricky but try and trace it because i cant rememeber exactly but the items names are acctaully called when ided they are not store...

using the server.cfg you will need to have 2 seperate entries for the internet and lan, i presume that you think because you can connect to 127.0.0.1 or what ever computer on the lan your using it on that you should be able to get into the game what happens is connecting on that ip (game side) will ...

default pol port was 5003 on the 95 distro i believe but when it comes to zh scripts i believe that they set it to 2593... so nothing that wrong with port, what error msg's does it give you when your trying to set it up, first check pol.cfg and servers.cfg thats about all i can surgest

what files in the distro need to be changed to allow for a skill cap of 150 (items pushing it over) and a stat cap of 150 also... i thought i changed all the files needed but apparently not... i think the total skill cap is 700 :S so when someone gets their mining up their bs drops if anyone could p...

not 100% sure if this is doable but based on mauddib's dmg above char script using that packet theres no posible way to change the color of that dmg display is there... for example normal dmg could be grey psn dmg could be green wounding dmg could be red kinda thing?? and on another note does anyone...

i always get Expected an identifier, got User Function send_attack instead.
regardless of what i do i cant seem to get rid of it...

whats the criteria to naming a function...

here i was thinking that can_cast would be orright :S
