I have a server and currently when i Usually create a bank chest it doesn't open the bank, but the gm command bank does. It there a way to make the chest open the single player character, wharever it goes?

Questio 1: So, i've setup a Server running POL 100 and I couldn't make npcs work right so i went straight to the code and found 2 commands from seer, which is createnpc and old_createnpc

I want to know how to do I make them, since when i run this command, ex: 'createnpc baker' they doesn't imeadiatlly. It is there something to do so they appear?
