Here we are in 2010, and the files are updated to 099.. but people suggest you look through files that are outdated and mostly for 095+096?!

... people don't want to have to convert everything!

It would be nice if someone has a bit of time, if they could make a posting telling where to download the current "most up to date" files which can be used to make the most up to date game server.

Maybe go into some detail on how to install the files too, etc.

I get lost when in the directions it says to "delete" the folder that has the "starthere" file, then later it says to run the "starthere" file.. ummm.. am I missing a hidden step or am I supposed to just get more frustrated?

That guide IS old, but it will work to get a normal POL server up.

It would be nice if someone would make an actual "understandable" guide on getting a ZuluHotel server working though.

... maybe someone could list (in detail) on how to add in scripts to get it working.. and not just write "someone ...

I'm not new to playing Ultima Online, but I have always prefered playing on POL servers.

It seems like ZuluHotel is still pretty popular, but good luck finding any stable files to actually use.
