                                        new: array of PID's of any open communication dialogue!
#customerlng [0/1]			the language they talk in with their customer.
					0=standard, 1=racial language
homebase [array {x,y,z}]		their last "safe" position they return to if lost.
guildref [guildref]                     Reference to guild owning NPC (if he's guild member only)
playerref [playerserial]                serial of the NPC's master (if he's private only)
townid [integer]			The id of the town they are working in/for
vendorsettings [array]                  Array of values related to their customer
                                         1: will serve hostile players?
