- Note: Skill% Values internally always reach from 0 to 1000! Only in output 
        messages like the skillwindow display, 1000 will be converted to "100.0"%


- Note: Stats default at 75 points each (750 internal to use same formula as skills!)
        Above 75 a bonus is usually granted, below 75 it's a malus. Below 50 you might
        ocationally have 'generic' problems such as clumsily breaking stuff, dropping
        heavy objects, or being unable to write notes etc.
        Note that a stat of 85 already yields a decent bonus. Stats >100 are definetely
        extraordinary.
        150 is the ABSOLUTE LIMIT for any stat.
