The main region screen contains a list of all the regions in your shard, and from here you can choose to edit regions, delete regions or create new ones. To create a new region: Click on the "Add Region" button to the left of the main region screen. A region will appear at the end of the list called "New Region". Editing the regions: The main dialog of the region editing screen contains a list of all the regions. To the left of their name there is a button, it is green or red depending on wether they are enabled or not. Green is enabled, red is disabled. Clicking this button will toggle their enabled status. To the right of this dialog there are two buttons for each region. The first one, "Edit", will bring up the specific region editing screen. The second one, "Kill", will remove the region. It is recommended before you remove a region to disable it, then destroy the items and NPCs (in the specific region editing screen). Sorting the regions: To the left of the dialog, under the "Sorting" menu, there are three sorting options. These will change the way the regions are listed, to make it easier to find and manage your regions. -Normal Normal sorting displays the entire list of regions, in the order they were added. It is the default way you see the region list. -By Name By Name sorting will prompt you to enter a name (or rather, a piece of text). Any region that has this text in its name will be displayed, in their order of creation. -By X/Y By X/Y sorting will prompt you to enter an X position and a Y position. Any region that covers this position will be displayed, in their order of creation. It is useful for finding all the regions in an area. |
