Problem with gumps.

Post by Duskman »

Maybe this problem isn't directly related to POL developpment, but i think that you can help me ;)

I've made some custom gumps, arts, animations in verdata.
And whats the problem - some of buttons on gumps doesn't work.

e.g. i can't minimize the status bar, backpack, i can't accept the trade operation (not with players, but with vendors) etc.

What am i doing wrong? Where is the problem? How to fix it?

and additional question: How to remove something from verdata? I can;t find that options in mulbuilder and other programs...

sounds, u've used different dimension in your new graphics. u've to use the same dimensions as the old graphics, so, just export'em (e.g. via InsideUO -> Save) and than modify it... the core handle clicks internal, so u can't modify the position of click-areas

Hmm... i think that isn't the solution.
Why? I've installed e.g. verdata patches (desktops) from http://uo-desktop.uoo.ru/ on clear verdata, and it works gr8. But, when i try to install it on my own verdata, in looks fine, but buttons doesn't work too...
I've removed all of my gumps for windows, backpacks etc. Now are standard gumps - doesn't work too.
Dimensions are ok.

What's the hell wrong? :?

edit: ok, i solved the problem.. thx anyway...
