Packets Mini Library

Not really fully my work (because I reverse egineered someone else's packet library to compose it)
But it allows some unusual visual effects to be done (such as realistic smokes and semi-transparent explisions on 2d clients), thats why I decided to release it.

PS: I appologize for my certain "script spam", I promise this will be the last one (though I have a dozen more boring packages I developed up my sleeve)
