 Post subject: pol.exe problem

Hey, I ve got a problem with turn pol on. I ve done all of the steps to turn it on from << POL Guide - Getting Started >> by Edwards... and on the last step, when I click on pol.exe, cmd(?? this black window ;P) turn on for a moment and then disappears :( what i'm doing wrong?

start first the command line (cmd.exe from windows dir), then go to your pol directory there - cd C:/ -> cd pol099 (4example)
then start your pol.exe, and you'll see where is your error :)

Another way is to open start.log located in \pol\log\ and see what error is reported there.
