Walking Problem

Ok so I am not able to walk around in my shard i can tele but no walking, i also am unable to create spawns and just anything mobile, do i have to impliment this stuff?

I am new to running my own POL shard so i'm not usre..


Everything else works fine so yeah :/

Did you do everything with UOConvert that's contained in UOConvert.txt? Are you using a custom map? Does the POL console or UO itself print out any text when you try to do anything that you can't do?
