 Post subject: Attack delay - Calculating swing time

Maybe an exported function or script like attacktest that just returns the wait time in MS for the player's next swing. Or just let our own exported attack function do the sleeping instead of the core. I know it's possible to do our own math, I know all about Delay, Speed, member.delay_mod, etc.
