I downloaded the CVS, the scripts of skills with gems (stealth, anatomy, animal lore, arms lore etc.) are here, but I can't use them.
The SysMessage is: "That skill is not implemented".
The pkgs are enabled, and Hiding is the only one that works.
Why?

look at pkg/systems/attributes/config/attributes.cfg
Most of skill scripts are commented and thats why. Anyway that's distro issue.
