Unfortunately, I don't think it's even possible for anyone to really try to figure out the problem here; 095 is no longer supported, and in this particular case it's not simply because 095 is 3 years old and there are two newer versions; I think it's also because the dev team which we have now (none of which, if I recall, worked on 095 at all) do not have access to the source of 095, which would be required to make sense of the .dmp file.

095, unfortunately, does not report a whole lot of useful information when it crashes. None of the things in the last few lines of your log seem obviously connected, but there's no real way to know

If this is a regular occurrence, the best thing you really do is try to upgrade to 097 as soon as you can. (I say 097, and not 096, because there is no script distro for 096)

in this case, the core-bug was fixed in Pol096 Release 2005-11-24

Then someone should explain that to the dev team member who said that's the reason why... or not; no skin off my back either way.

We have access....... but we do not use it......... cuz it's too old ......... and we are NOT doing fix builds to 095 ..........

I'd say that dev, does not have the source. Easy as that. He doesn't want to touch it, so it does not get the source. :)

I only have it for checking how older things was done when debugging. He doesn't need them, so doesn't have them :)
