A few of my players are reporting crashing, one of them ever says more then 5 times in 30 minutes is normal for him, what might cause this? pol or uo?

Both. Pol sending packets his clients not ready to accept.
(Some packets require more data or less data so his client version might not be accepting the packets properly)

My only issue with understanding that is, i have the same exact client(All my players do) and i almost never crash(once a week or so)

Then you might be able to rule out the client unless sometehing specific that send the data crashes you and he seems to be doing it more.
For example I know with packets that opening the spellbook without your backpack first will crash the client. Before the 4.0.0 clients it used one type of packets, and after it, it uses another. So it could be a case like this where he just tends to do what crashes him more then you.
Ask him to carefully record what he does before the crashes to see if you can find out whats causes it.

Ask him if using certain versions of EasyUO also. There was several releases (can't remember the version numbers) that had kinda bad issues with causing client crashes. Was releases this year (2006) all I can remember. Early part of the year.

Well, he said it happends at random times, i had him switch to a different client and he has not crashed, BUT does anyone know of a "desktop cam", it records everything you do on your computer to a video, cause i would like to figure this out.
