I had reported this some time ago and with the renewed interest in the Combat Book stuff thought I would mention it again sense I never heard nothing about the last report.
My original crash dump still exists in the core-test yahoo forums too.
Simply the bug is; doubleclicking the Primary Ability icon in the combat/special moves book causes POL to crash.

I'd hope for a core fix for the crash. Can packethook it later to enable it.

Found it. already in there. Are you doing any kind of 0xD7 Packet hook already?
Oh, and added Guild and Quest buttnns too, so those won't cause issues.

Nope, no hooks for 0xD7.
Like I said though, I mentioned it sometime ago so perhaps Shini or someone silently fixed it.
