Well, the subject says it all.

Is there a manual for all the functions/features for the mulpatcher program in English?

I have yet to find a "full" manual for this program. I did find that using Mulbuilder is alot easier to work with normally for working with your mul files.

You might want to check out http://uo-graphics.uo-francophone.net/index_en.php for details on this. (The guide is on their forums)
