Ok, so i found this topic:

And it seems like that dragon program would work..

The only problem is that it does the entire items.txt file, so everything in there would turn static... which is not what I want, I just want a few items I added to be static..

Haven't used the Dragon program, but the POL version of World Forge works just fine. I use that to freeze/melt items to/from my static map.

The pol version of worldforge comes with some .src scripts to export items in an area from your world. It writes out a cfg file which POL worldforge can read directly and freeze into your statics.
