Hi,
I'm having some problems here with POL 96, when i'm gonna create my character, the POL console closes.
In the pol.log, it shows this message:
[02/05 16:45:09] Assertion Failed: equippable( item ), charactr.cpp, line 1009
Aborting due to assertion failure.

I seem to recall Deivid (or similar spelling) from the IRC channel had some problems creating characters about a month ago with 096 test core.
I will see if I can catch him online and ask about it.

That's a very very old core.
pol-core-096-2006-01-18 is the latest one I know about.

I think I'd like to hear from the forum admins or the core devs about where the cores are going to be kept and if anybody is free to get them.
At the moment the test cores are where they have always been.

ok, i got the latest version.. and the problem continues

0x203b is normally the short short hair. Did you uoconvert everthing (map, statics, tiles, multis and landtiles)?
