Worn item hook

Equipped item info. This packet is sent when
- mobile has worn an item
- item's, that is on, graphic is changed

This hook ensures that in the latter case,
information will update correctly to the
other clients nearby.

This is because of bug in POL 097 (096 maybe?).

Script has been tested and confirmed to fix
the issue on client versions 5.0.1j and 5.0.6c.
