Ok, the pol server has been installed. Core and Distro 097.
Now my question is about the "first steps" to make the shard.

Suggestions?
I know eScript, i got 5 years programming in other languages too.

I suggest you make up a roadmap of how you want your shard to be like.
Examples: an RP shard, a PvP shard, a PvM shard... Whats your taste?
Since you got 5 years of programming experience you could go thru all the scripts and see what you dont like and what you do like.
