Anyone who has been writing npcs and nerves for the new brain ai, would you mind submitting them to us? It would be nice to get a lot of the NPCs and the required nerves in place for distro, before 097 is complete. We already have a lot on our plate, and the more help we can get for distro (if you would like to tackle something else, let me know!) the better.

I am doing some. I will send in when I am done. Just a few "basic" NPCs...
Trying to get a whole realm done. Soon up to making all the merchants..
Be back with a report in a few days I guess (TBC soaks to muck time )

I plan on getting 'into' brainai very soon. I will see what I can do.
Right now I need to finish converting all my gumps to the new system so it might be a week or two before I can start.

It's taken a long time but I have finally started looking at brainAI.
Congratulations Austin on a very elegant system. The more I look at it the more I am impressed.
Time will tell if I can get all my desired nerves to work and integrate them into all the requirements of a working shard. It's a lot to learn and a lot to change.
My existing AI system can win prizes for complexity and even the odd lockup when spamming events, so I am looking for something a lot more structured. This looks so good by comparision but there's still lots of nerves needed.
So has anyone done any nerves they can share?

Just wondering where this stands right now. I am looking at making some required nerves, if this does not get on my nerves before I am done that is.

The daunting task with BrainAI is its reliance on the distro Attributes, Combat systems, and to a lesser extend the Timed Scripts.
I am working on it but converting my shard to the Attributes system has taken a lot longer than I anticipated and it's far harder than expected. I for one am still committed to converting to BrainAI for all npcs including merchants, guards, spawn, and pets.
The ability for an AI to have multiple threads is still very appealing, but if you are like me and have a shard that's coming up to 7 years old, you will also be appalled at how old and inflexible some of your existing code is.
