I know this was something that had come up on the original forums but it is something that I was never able to correct. On the server I have endeavored to place castles for players to no effect. I have even gone so far as to go to the "Green" location where there are absolutely no land mass objects that could hamper that placement and still I cant put a castle there. Does anyone have any recommendations and/or suggestions as to why this is occuring and how I can correct this?

Thanks!

p.s.

On a side note, I have only the original Ultima Online and the 2nd Age at the moment on the shard. I am planning on purchasing Blackthorne's Revenge as well as the Age of Shadows cd's from a colleague. May I ask any of you what do these CD's contain for the game (i.e. what new changes am I going to see once I install this software)? Will I need to make any massive changed to the code as a result of adding these new software "packages" to the shard? Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again!

Look at the explaination of the flags. For my shard, if a GM+ is placing the house, it will first try placing the house and if it fails, it will display a Yes/No gump if you want to override and force the placement of the house using the flag CRMULTI_IGNORE_ALL.

You wont NEED to make any changes at all that I know of when installing a newer release of UO. They wont change anything either. Since you're built on an older version, think of installing the newer one as adding on to your list of options. You can implement the newer items and monsters a lot easier.
