 Post subject: Dialog Menus hue [all core versions]

Dialog Menus (created with CreateMenu().. I don't know what's their real name ;) ) have two different issues:
- static version, defined in menus.cfg, has objects color bumped by 1
- dynamic version, constructed by AddMenuItem(), has no color info in packet

First issue is fixed via a packet hook script, second is impossible to fix using scripts... :cry:
