4-22 MuadDib Added : Changing of Invisible, Movable, and Newbie now reset the respective decay timer.

- reduction of memory leaks
- more uo:kr support
- rewrite/more_flexibility in char creation process

BuT bug in strunct definition in function parameter.... the bug I have documented month ago.... is already bugged pol?

i have it, but i`m waitng for a DEV TEAM to explain why it is gone...
i`ve tested it on a local shard (with a little script disturbance) and it was ok

One could think there is a reason for this.
Of course it would be nice if someone would tell us the reason. Ie. a post 'Oops, there's a bug. Will re-release this after it's fixed'. Too much asked?

Anymore I think bug exist if define and pass struct as parameter in call function is a relevant bug... perhaps they are fixing *this* bug  I hope!
