The first part on the image can be solved by compiling /pol/scripts/start.src. That should fix the complaint. The rest of it, I couldn't help you with if I tried (and I did try lol)

if you're just upgrading the core, delete all .ecl scripts in your POL path and recompile under the ecompile that came with that core. This fixes many strange crash issues that can happen due to differing cores/ecompiles.
