Here's the Runebook3 script from POL 92 written by Shilohen. I updated it to compile under POL 96. I am uploading this because of problems with the POL 95 Distro runebook script. You should create a directory under \pol\pkg baned runebook and place the files contained in the zip file there.

Note: I zipped the folder to the file so you may not need to create the folder runebook as some archiving utilities preserve the directory structure contained within an archive.

OK Now I think I got everything up here. Sorry I missed dropping the control script in the zipped file.

It is really obsolete I think but I left it in just in case. This is a quickie conversion ATM. I intend to rework this when I get the time and clean it up.

File comment: Shilohen's Runebook script updated to POL 96 by Yukiko on 6-MAY-2006. Updated some erroneous info in the readme 8-MAY-2006. This should be the final release.

Thank you Pierce for finding the bug. I did the conversion but neglected to test the scripts. I had forgotten the new params added with POL 95 to the insert scripts.

The original script was POL 92.

Anyway, I made the changes and now all should be fine.

This crash is in an oninsert script it looks like. Destroying items prematurely or similar?
how can ik now whats "prematurely" and whats not?

in the runebook script (yours and the one i use), the rune and the scrolls are destroyed on the oninsert script. aint that suposed to crash the shard?

First, it's not my script. I simply converted it to POL 0.96.
Second, I have no idea.

I have been following your other thread. I have had no trouble with this script.

Sorry I can't help.
