This is the fake version of Zulu Hotel Canada on pol93 (lol). This core is well nevertheless. Inside, you can find Zulu Hotel Scandinavia and Zulu Hotel Canada and the required files for use.

I don't know if the link above does or does contain those scripts, but I'm going to give the obligatory warning about downloading and running .exe files off the internet.
