Are you saying the PC powers down or that the POL server software stops running?

And if you mean the server PC itself, do you get a Blue Screen or anything? Need more info! Incidentally; There are issues with some network card drivers and some game-related traffic with Windows 2000. POL happens to be one program that will trigger these troubles, however the trouble is with the drivers for the network card.
However, we really need to know more about what's going on to know if this is possibly it. If you get a blue screen, need to know what's there. If not, then what is happening?

First of all, thanks for the timely reply's. and as far for alil more info. No there is no blue screan, the pc itself powers down. But now that you mention it I have had problems with netcard driver problems with World of Warcraft, even with their suggested drivers the problem has never corrected itself? I had thoguht of trying different netcard but... it seems that the three pcs i have here at home all have the same card. Being that it may be a driver problem would you know of a driver that does work with PoL and the Netgear FA311 netcards, like I stated above WoW suggested the 1.80 and one other that I cant rember right now both of wich still had problems ( I could play with no problems but the patcher had issues).

You might have reboot set when there is a system failure. Have you set it so that it writes an event log to the system log? (ie the same text as the Blue Screen).
If so, what driver is causing the problem?
I have never had problems with FA311's.
Control Panel - System - Advanced - Startup and Recovery.

As it seems it was either the card or the driver. I found an "older" netcard in a box that i actually had the disk for.
Just for testing purposes I put the FA311 in another machine and it seems to work there flawlessly, (mentioning the other pc has ME) As for what you had suggested about the logs and such??? Im really not that pc smart so to say.
Thanks again for the help guys.
