Hey i was not sure if i asked this befor, but players of my shard(all of them) can not lock/"put down" skills, it just automaticly goes back to the up position

And i figured, that each of these players could do it on other shards, logicly meaning its this shard

Also, when i had a skill cap, say someone got .1 over the skill cap, another ksill would go down between 15 and 35 skill points, when i want/it should only go down .1

POL doesnt have skill lock built into it.

If anything, you need 096 and a packethook made for skill locking or you'll have to create a script that'll do something like bring up a gump of skills and they can choose which ones to lock, set it as a prop to the chars or add it to a data file, then check them within skillgain.
