Thanks to the tips here i haev my server running but i dont know how i can make my admin make things and do special things like creating stuff. I have downloaded a wolfpack program with phyton 2.3 but when i give command there the admin says it but nothing more happens do i need an older version maby ?

The commands are preceeded with a period (.) on POL. You might want to download Dundees Other Hand (DoH) and use that instead.
I found a doh program only after a short while the commands did not work no more in screen is says unknown command=createnpc magelord
Do i got a wrong version, or can you give me a link to a good working doh.

The commands in DoH are customizable to your command set. If you are getting that error then that button needs to be changes to the command you use in your scripts.
