support for ML client races extending character.gender

Hoping I've understood the way it works... Mondain's Legacy clients have elves (male and female) animations which can be toggled setting the character gender with a value of 2 or 3. It should be the only thing the core should be able to do to support that feature, am I right? If so... please support it, it should be a 2 minutes job

PS If you want to reply "elves animations suck"... you're right... but I'm going to replace them with dwarves animations

u've to add the feature flag too... there are a lot more changes needed, but I think, should easily be done
