I'm using pol95, and I've patched the verdata and tiledata correctly but I cannot seem to equip any custom item I've added. I've got a lute for example, I see the object, the tiledata art, on the ground, I can pick it up and drag it onto my paperdoll and I can see the "ghost image" of what the item would look like if I had it equipped, but when I release - it goes back to its place of origin.
First add the new verdata and tiledata in your UO folder..
than remove the statics0.pol and staidx0.pol from your pol folder.
than run the pol again... to recreate both files with your new verdata info.
and you will be able to equip..
