Where ya been and who said you could leave anyway?

I thought you knew we all need to approve any leaves of absence or vacations the developers, assistant developers and general all around helpers wish to take. Plus you must post a notice two weeks in advance of the date you wish to leave unless you are dying then we need four weeks notice and you cannot die until we find a suitable replacement. The replacement clause will be waived if you make a contribution of not less than 100 gallons of genuine imported German beer to Austin and $10,000 to the POL Development Fund.

Anyway, where have you been??

Hello Yukiko, glad to see you're still around.

I'm well aware of the Ancient Codex of Eternal Servitude of POL - Manual And Guidelines -- Your Companion for a Friendlier, Happier, Workplace

But if you'll read in Article 137, Section 9, Subsection 13-F, Clause 8, lines 15-18:
Ancient Codex wrote:
Whatever tekproxy does, says, refers to or otherwise implies with any actions, speech, writing, telepathy, is true, correct, unsuable and legal without regards to international or federal law, laws of nature, treaties and/or written and/or spoken agreements.

I've been on a 4 month jenkim-fueled bender, by the way. Work, work, work.

Oh yes....

I heard about that article. There is some debate over whether it is apocryphal or not. It seems it doesn't exist in some of the earliest manuscripts but for now we'll let that be I suppose.

Glad you're back and you know me, I'm like a bad penny; you may give me away in change but I'll always turn up again.
