A general question to those who have played on different shards:
If you drink a potion, for example a strength potion, and it wears off after 30 minutes, how is that effected by logging off/on?
As I see it, there are 3 different ways of handling it:
1. Logon and you lose all mods
2. Logon and the time remaining recommenced from where you left off. ie your time logged off is NOT counted in the timer countdown
3. Logon and the time remaining counts down even while you are logged off.
I've been assuming 3 was normal, but I notice the 097 distro is 2. It got me thinking about which was the better way to go. |
