move sys hook from misc folder to package

I have moved all my shard scripts in package section....

A method to use hook like
death.src or chrdeath.src
like a package?

I think that pol has very much hook but the different in use from one hook and another is not too logic...

I think that death and chrdeath could be defined like combat hook for example....
