I won't provide support for it.. but someone may find it useful.

MultiExporter.zip
 Description:
Build a multi in pol.
Use the text command to export the items to a config file.
Use the perl script to convert the buildings to a text file.
Use the exe to add the text files to your multis.mul files.

Look at Punts WFMulti and his Worldmaker programs. WFMulti allows you to create structures. Not sure how they compare to UO Architect.
