Tailoring Package for 097

Here it is, as discussed in 097 development forum.

Some thing is still missing, obviously, but i'm working to mantain it updated.

This package requires the :items:clothing/, :items:containers/ packages.

Also relies on :crafting: package of 097 base Distro.

Thanks Jarsil. Just so people know, there is a version of this in the distro with some modifications. If you become aware of any bugs Jarsil, just let me know and we can discuss fixing them.
