Hi there, I signed up on this forum this week.

Apologies for being so lazy, but I wanted to ask if someone could point me to any especially good threads that I should check out first, so I can get involved here?

I guess that depends on what you are interested in.

Judging from the interests listed in your profile I'd say you'd like Maud Dibs hidden forum for mountain climbers. If you want access to it all you have to do is donate $100.00 to him at his donation link found on this page, http://packets.polserver.com/

Austin has a great golfers forum as well. It's hidden but he will give you access to it for a $75.00 donation. I believe his donation link is the one at the top of the main forum page, The one with the "PayPal" logo, not the one with the crescent moon.

However, if you are interested in POL and scripting in eScript, then any forum shown is a good place to start. And those are at no charge, although donations are still welcome.
