SMJ I believe the title of this forum is General Help (095). I think this is the appropriate place for a POL 95 Core question.
I have core 95 but I would suggest using POL 96 since it fixes a lot of the old map bugs that 95 had plus adds a ton of new features. You can still use the POL 95 Distro scripts, with a bit of modification, with POL 96. The mods aren't that extensive if you are goinf to use just one map. As I recall the hardest part is redoing the spell casting system and I am sure someone here will help you with that. It only gets extremely heavy when you want to use multiple realms. So, I will strongly encourage you to download the POL 096 Core and modify your current scripts to work with the spell casting system under POL 96 until POL 97 gets officially released.
I'd go a step further even, and say skip 096 entirely, and just go right with 097. There is development work on the 097 Distro, but none at all on 096 (not much point working on a distro for what is now an old core). If you start with 097 right now, there'll be continuing effort by others on what you work with, and you can in turn also contribute to that effort.
